Our Story
THE PASSION FOR PIZZA
Union Pizza & Brewing Company opened in downtown Fergus Falls, MN in March of 2015. Ben and Tessa Schierer founded Union Pizza and Brewing Co. around the simple concept of promoting community through locally sourced food and beverages produced using traditional methods. UPBC has been met with overwhelming support from the community. UPBC promotes its use of local products and nearly every menu item is made from scratch on premise.

Union Pizza and Brewing Co. has 12 beers available at any given time, all of which are craft beers produced in MN or ND. UPBC is licensed through federal, state and local authorities to produce and sell three beers on site.
