Union Pizza and Brewing serves hearth-baked pizzas cooked in a wood-fired brick oven, seasonal salads featuring local produce topped with homemade dressings, and desserts made fresh daily. Sourdough techniques are used and rely on natural bacteria, yeast and Mother Nature to flavor and leaven the dough with no commercial yeast added whatsoever. The ingredient list is flour, water and salt.
